Our Bristol office, based in Thornbury enjoys a strategic location in the M5 corridor. It is well placed to address our clients' needs throughout the South/South West of England and the West Midlands. We can provide a comprehensive range of planning, environmental, design and transportation advice with particular reference to both rural and urban planning issues.
DLP Consulting Group established an office in Bristol in 2001 and today it is one of a network spread across England and Wales which allow the Practice to provide a broad spectrum of advice based on detailed local knowledge and experience. The Bristol Office is involved on a daily basis with a full range of planning issues including the promotion of development at local and strategic levels, urban regeneration initiatives, site appraisals, planning applications, appeals, enforcement, transportation and urban design.
We also continue to undertake a broad portfolio of commissions for Local Planning Authorities in the Region in support of their plan preparation and development control functions and regularly draws upon the whole range of expertise within the Practice in respect of key specialisms – for example, strategic and environmental impact assessment and the preparation of urban capacity studies.
