Established in the capial of the Principality, our Cardiff office is well placed to address our clients’ needs throughout Wales and the borders. We can provide a comprehensive range of planning, environmental, design and transportation advice with reference to both rural and urban planning issues.
DLP established its office in Cardiff in 2004 based on a significant demand for our planning and transportation services in the region. Today the office is one of a network spread across England and Wales which allow the Practice to provide a broad spectrum of advice based on detailed local knowledge and experience. Today the Cardiff Office is involved with a full range of planning issues including the promotion of development at local and strategic levels, urban regeneration initiatives, site appraisals, planning applications, appeals, enforcement, transportation and urban design.
The Cardiff Office also undertakes a growing portfolio of commissions for Local PLanning Authorities in the Principality and regularly draws upon the whole range of expertise within the Group in respect of key specialisms – for example, strategic and environmental impact assessment and the preparation of urban capacity studies.
