Sheffield

Our office in Sheffield is well placed to address our clients’ needs throughout Yorkshire and Humberside, the north Midlands, Pennines and also the North East/West of England. It provides a comprehensive range of planning, environmental, design and transportation advice with particular reference to both rural and urban planning issues and with a strong emphasis on urban regenerations.

DLP established its Sheffield Office in 1996 and it is one of a network across England and Wales which allows the Practice to provide a broad spectrum of advice based on detailed local knowledge and experience. The office is involved on a daily basis with a full range of issues including the promotion of development at local and strategic levels, urban regeneration, planning appraisals and applications, appeals, environmental appraisal and urban design.

Strategic planning, retail and economic analysis are also specialisms within the Sheffield Office where a wide ranging expertise has been established in the analysis and promotion of development at regional and national levels, in assessing the impact of existing or planned retail and commercial development schemes and in preparing urban capacity studies.
