Huntingdonshire District Council Core Strategy Adopted - October 2009

Huntingdonshire District Council adopted their Core Strategy as a Development Plan Document on 23 September 2009. This document will set out the vision, objectives, spatial development strategy and overarching policies that will guide development in Huntingdonshire to 2026. This, along with supporting documents including the Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Appraisal, can be viewed at the Council Customer Service Centre or online at Huntingdonshire District Council's website.

Any person aggrieved by the Core Strategy DPD may make an application under Section 113 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 to the High Court on the grounds that the document is not within the appropriate powers and/ or a procedural requirement has not been complied with. Any such application must be made within six weeks of the adoption date
