Potential new employment at Norwich Airport

Following the rejection of an enforcement appeal relating to the continued use of land at Holt Road Norwich for the purposes of builders storage, we submitted a proposal to Norwich City Council that the land and adjoining paddock be allocated in the forthcoming Site Allocations DPD.  The Planning Committee at Norwich City Council will consider a draft plan for public consultation at their meeting on 28th October.  The Committee Draft shows the land as a potential site for employment development together with the adjoining paddocks.  DLP will be working over the coming months to ensure that the prospective allocation is confirmed in subsequent formal drafts of the DPD.
