Permission granted to extend the time limits for implementing a planning permission

DLP Planning has been successful in gaining approval for its first application to extend the time limits for implementing an existing planning permission. The planning permission, along with the associated Listed Building Consent, will remain alive for a further three years, allowing implementation to begin within this new time limit. Measures to allow this type of application came into force on 1 October 2009 in response to the economic downturn.
