DLP have been instructed by the Bedfordia Group to undertake an appraisal of the opportunities for redevelopment at their Shuttleworth Road site near Bedford.  The site, formerly a garage/ filling station / car showroom site, was the subject of an application for a fast food / drive in restaurant submitted by another consultancy which has now been withdrawn.
