New instruction for Theatre Development in Llanelli - September 2009

DLP Transportation Ltd is appointed to produce a Transport Assessment in support of a new Theatre development within Llanelli town centre.  There will be no on-site parking and the TA will need to consider the implications on other town centre public car parks.  Pedestrian routes will be considered to and from these car parks as well as routes from the residential areas to the north and south of the site.  
The site is located next to the proposed Eastern Quarter mixed-use development and bus station.  DLPT produced the TA for this development, which is currently being considered by Carmarthenshire County Council planning officers.
