DLPT assists in securing Planning Consent for Mosque in West Midlands - September 2009



DLP Transportation Ltd have provided transport and highways input to proposals for the redevelopment of an Islamic Centre in Lye, West Midlands, which included the demolition of an existing building and the construction of a new purpose built Islamic Centre with car park.  A Transport Assessment and Travel Plan were prepared and submitted by DLPT, which successfully overcame the LPA's concerns about on street parking that previously occurred at the popular times of prayer.
