Input to Environmental Statement for Recycling site near Bedford - October 2009

DLP Transportation has been working on the planning application, which will shortly to be submitted by DLP Planning, proposing the creation of additional processing and storage facilities at a recycling site near Bedford.  An Environmental Impact assessment is required to be submitted with the application and DLPT have prepared the transport section within the ES, together with a standalone Transport Assessment.
