New instruction for potential Residential Development in Southampton - October 2009


DLP Transportation has received an instruction to assist with the promotion of land for residential use, through the Council's LDF process, in conjunction with DLP Planning and Design.  DLPT will initially be looking at access options and then preparing supporting traffic and accessibility assessment information to demonstrate the case for development at this location.
