DLP (Planning) Ltd has successfully secured full planning permission for a bespoke housing scheme of five large dwellings located in Priors Marston, known locally, as the ‘Knightsbridge of Warwickshire’.

With collaborative involvement from the initial site appraisal to presenting the application to Committee, DLP has worked closely in transforming initial opposition from Planning, Conservation, Highways and the Parish Council. After continuous efforts, the scheme propelled with full support from Officers and the Parish Council commenting on the overall, “positive amendments”.
